“LOCAL COLOR” SHOW –  DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES IS FRIDAY, March 10th

The“Local Color” Show is exclusively for artists of the Delmarva Peninsula (Delaware, Maryland and Virginia). The show runs from July 21st to the 23rd at the historic Tidewater Inn in Easton, Md., in conjunction with the Plein Air Easton Competition and Art Festival. The awards judge will be Sara Linda Poly, Grand Prize winner of Plein Air Easton 2016. The entry jurist will be Trey Finney, 2nd Place winner of Plein Air Easton 2016. Prizes are: $600.00 to Best in Show, three $200.00 Awards of Excellence and three $50.00 Honorable Mention Awards.  

In support of the Easton – Plein Air Competition and Arts Festival, the Working Artists Forum annually sponsors a juried and judged art exhibit entitled “Local Color”. The exhibit will be held concurrently with, and under the auspices of the 13th annual Easton Plein Air Competition.
