Eastern Shore Art League Becky Rootes Memorial Art Scholarships

The Eastern Shore Art League announces:

The awarding of the Becky Rootes Memorial Art Scholarships (in honor of Becky Rootes, past ESAL President).

The scholarships will be awarded to two graduating high school students residing on the Eastern Shore of Virginia who are continuing to an advanced education institution (community college, college, or university)and who are planning to pursue a field of study inclusive of the visual arts.

Two $2000.00 scholarships will be awarded annually, one for 2-D visual art, and one for 3-D visual art to applicants who meet the criteria.
